Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped same or next business day. However, AquaLiv Water Systems are custom built to your specifications after the order is placed and often take longer. Shipping options such as 'Overnight' etc. specify the shipping service only and do not necessarily guaranty delivery on the next day. All United States orders over $150 qualify for free ground shipping. International shipping quotes are available in the shopping cart: simply add the products to your cart, view cart, and then shipping estimate.
Privacy & Security
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Ordering
Orders can be placed online at shop.aqualiv.com or by phone. It is important that if you do not reach a sales representative when calling that you leave a message stating you would like to place an order by phone. Thank you.
International Orders
We ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, and most European Union countries. To get a shipping quote, add the products you want to the shopping cart and select "View Cart." There you will be able to enter your address and view the shipping charges. When ordering outside of United States, you are importing the product, AquaLiv is not exporting. As such, your country may imposed additional charges for customs/duties. These fees are your repsonisbility as the importer.
Payment Options
AquaLiv accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, checks, and money orders.
Viewing Orders
All orders placed at shop.aqualiv.com can be viewed by selecting 'My Account' in the dark horizontal bar at the top of the screen, or by following the link in your order confirmation email.
Updating Account Information
By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. To sign up or update this information, simply select 'My Account' in the dark horizontal bar at the top of the screen.
Terms of Sale
Due to a wide variety of state laws concerning the sale of online goods and/or water purification equipment, AquaLiv requires all order terms to be FOB Claremont, CA (customer owns product upon purchase, not delivery). Items lost or damaged during shipment remain the responsibility of AquaLiv.
